Ready, set, ELEVATE!
🧠🚀 Our journey kicked off in Patras!
On 30 September 2026, colleagues from the University of Patras, the University of Nottingham (Brain Data Group) and CYENS Centre of Excellence gathered at the Brain Computer Interface Research Infrastructure located at the ECE Department - University of Patras to officially kick off ELEVATE!
Our shared ambition? To strengthen research and innovation in Greece and Cyprus through collaboration with the United Kingdom, with AI-based neural engineering at the heart of our work.
Connecting brain research with AI, brain-computer interfaces and extended reality, ELEVATE invests in the people, skills and research environments that make progress possible.
We are now turning ideas into plans for training, researcher exchanges, shared tools and lasting partnerships, with the ambition of building a connected hub of research excellence across Greece and Cyprus.
The groundwork is underway. Follow us as the collaboration grows!
