ELEVATE Researchers Present Responsible Neuro-XR Research at IEEE ISMAR 2026
Researchers from the ELEVATE project presented their work at the 25th IEEE International Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality (ISMAR 2026), held as part of BehavXR’26.
The contribution, titled “Who decides how you feel? A Research Agenda for Responsible Neuro-XR”, was presented by Marios Constantinides (CYENS) and explores emerging research challenges at the intersection of neurotechnology, extended reality (XR), and responsible innovation.
The work brings together researchers from CYENS, TU Graz, the University of Nottingham, and the University of Patras, highlighting the interdisciplinary collaboration fostered through the Horizon ELEVATE project (EU Grant Agreement No. 101311015).
Authors: Marios Constantinides (CYENS), Kyriaki Kostoglou (TU Graz/UPAT), Horia A. Maior (UNOT), Fotis Liarokapis (CYENS), Max L. Wilson (UNOT), and Christos Fidas (UPAT).
